FAQ

Questions guys ask

How do I stop rambling when I talk?
Know your point before you start talking. Use P.R.E.S.: say your Point in the first sentence, give one Reason, one quick Example, then Stop. Practice it under a 30-second timer and play it back once. The 30-Second Answer has 20 questions to practice with.
Can an introvert become a confident speaker without faking it?
Yes. Confidence isn't being loud. Charisma is the same song through louder speakers. Pick the type that's already you, like Warmth, the quiet guy's superpower, and turn it up. The 3 Charisma Types shows you how.
How do I keep a conversation going and not run out of things to say?
Stop hunting for a brand-new question. Pull a thread instead. Ask about a detail they just said, ask why, ask for a story, ask how it feels, or ask what's next. The 5 Thread Pulls has example lines for each one.
How do I stop mumbling?
Mumbling is a lazy jaw, a shallow breath and filler words. Train it like a muscle, 5 minutes a day: the pen drill, a big mouth read, tongue twisters, a river breath and the filler dial. It's all in Kill the Mumble.
How do I talk to strangers without freezing?
Move within 3 seconds, before your brain talks you out of it. Open with something you notice, keep your body open, pull a thread, and leave on a good note. Start easy, like asking for directions, and climb from there. See The 3-Second Approach.
Are these guides really free? Who made them?
Yes. Every guide is free and there's no email signup. They're made by AJ Olympio (ajsocial), a communication coach for quiet guys who want to be heard. For feedback on your reps, join our community on Skool.
